Viktoriya S. Kurtzer is a dedicated family law attorney who has practiced in this field since 2018. Her commitment to family law began during law school, where she served as a Certified Law Clerk at a family law firm in the Inland Empire. After passing the California Bar Exam on her first attempt, Ms. Kurtzer spent nearly five years at a mid‑size family law firm before opening her own practice to provide more personalized, attentive representation. Ms. Kurtzer has extensive experience handling complex and high‑conflict matters, including domestic violence restraining orders, paternity actions, dissolutions of marriage, child custody and child support disputes, property division, enforcement of arrears and attorney fees, and post‑judgment litigation. Ms. Kurtzer tailors her litigation strategy based on the specific facts and circumstances of each individual case. Ms. Kurtzer has high success in both litigation and settlement. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Fullerton, where she also worked at the College Legal Clinic assisting community members in need of legal services. Ms. Kurtzer went on to attend the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During law school, she served two years on Law Review and was published in the University of La Verne Law Review for her scholarly note on constitutional liability in unlawful arrest scenarios. Her academic achievements include multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts, Trial Advocacy, Negotiations, Advanced Trial Techniques, and California Civil Procedure. She also competed for two years on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Team, earning Third Place in an international INADR competition. In her final year, she served as Team Director and sat on the Board of Advocates. Ms. Kurtzer brings a blend of litigation skills, negotiation experience, and compassionate advocacy to every case she handles.
